Note regarding calendar: March 19, 2020

Just as we are attempting to follow a somewhat normal abnormal schedule, we are attempting to follow the spring term calendar as well. Here are a few reminders:

  • Saturday, March 28 No Class Saturday
  • Friday, April 10 Saturday Schedule
  • Saturday, April 11 - Monday, April 13 Long Weekend and No Classes

Long Weekend is the midterm point. Further updates will be provided once we know more about the latter part of April and May.

Update: March 17, 2020

On Monday, March 16 New Jersey Governor Murphy ordered all schools in the state to close under his declaration of a state of emergency. While this compulsory closure is for two weeks, the government also warned that it could be extended. As a result, Peddie is required to close our dormitories as soon as possible. Our remaining students on campus must move off of our campus within the next 48-72 hours.

This announcement by state officials increases the likelihood that Peddie (and all schools) will be required to remain closed for an extended period of time. Whether or not Peddie students are able to return to campus at any point this spring, we will continue to offer an online option for all students for the remainder of the year..
