We are committed to a holistic review of each student who applies to Peddie; all components of the application are equally important.

A note about your application and the COVID-19 pandemic:

If your application or testing process has been impacted in any way by the global pandemic, we are here to help.  Please contact the Admission Office at 609-944-7501 or admission@peddie.org.

Test

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, The Peddie School has updated its policy regarding standardized testing. We have learned that circumstances outside of their control are making testing extremely difficult at this time for some applicants, and we do not want testing to become a barrier to the many deserving and qualified students interested in coming to Peddie.

Peddie will be test optional for students applying for admission for the 2021-2022 academic year. Peddie will continue to consider every application holistically as we assess whether a student is a strong fit for our rigorous academic program and rich, multi-faceted programs and community.

Applicants for ninth or tenth grade

All students applying for ninth or tenth grade may submit SSAT or ISEE scores from either the current (2020-2021) or previous academic year (2019-2020). Students who are unable to take the SSAT or ISEE test because of challenges related to the administration of the test (as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic) are required to provide a third academic recommendation with their application to Peddie.

If an applicant includes SSAT or ISEE score reports as part of the application, please submit them directly using our school codes: SSAT school code is 5716; ISEE code is 571501.
