Therapy of Eating: Chinese Food Therapy

My Asian Studies Signature Experience Project included weeks of intensive research about Chinese food therapy: the history, the methods, and its future. Not only was I able to immerse myself into my passion for food, I was able to discover what makes my culture’s food so incredible. After weeks of compiling research and learning about the topic from my family members, I was able to create a short documentary-style video about Chinese food therapy.

I am so grateful for this opportunity and the guidance from the Asian Signature Experience Program that allowed me to learn more about what makes my culture so special. Ivy Cao ’21
