The Izzo Design Laboratory is an interdisciplinary workspace where students can design and build almost anything. With college-level tools including a 3D printer and CNC laser, mill, router and lathe, students learn how to program the machines to make parts for them. This allows them to focus on design (analysis, functionality and aesthetics) and opens up the complexity of parts that can be made.
