Applying to Teach at Peddie

Our teachers take pleasure in sharing in the lives of adolescents in the classroom; through extracurricular involvement, including sports; and in the residence halls. Approximately 90% of our faculty members live on campus.

As a member of the senior leadership team, the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is a 12-month employee and reports to the Head of School. The Director serves as a critical resource, advisor, and organizer of support for students and all employees, providing for diversity training and opportunities for community discourse on institutional diversity, equity and inclusion.
