Registration

There is a $300 deposit required at registration. This amount applies toward your total tuition.

$150 of that deposit is non-refundable. All of the deposit is non-refundable after May 1.

Enrichment courses meet two periods (two hours) daily.
Credit courses meet all four morning periods (8AM-12:30PM) daily.
Honors Credit courses meet all four morning periods (8AM-12:30PM) and from 1:15-2:15PM daily.

Pricing will be available by December 15, 2016.

Students taking two (2) enrichment courses, a credit course OR an honors credit course are are welcome to be on campus from 7:30AM to 3:30PM (dropoff is 7:30-8AM; pickup is 3-3:30PM).

AfterCare/Summer Reading Club from 3-5PM (pickup by 5:30PM) - $480 for the summer.

Full payment of tuition is due by June 1. Tuition is not refundable after June 1. Failure to pay full tuition by June 1 will move you to the waiting list. Students who have not paid their fees in full will not be permitted to attend classes. At registration, you will be able to set up how you will pay - it is done automatically with your credit card.

Students who have not submitted their contacts, health and permission to treat forms cannot be permitted to attend classes.

Classes run from Monday, June 26, through Friday, August 4, 2016. School will be not open Tuesday, July 4. Classes will end on Friday, August 4. Exams for all credit and honors credit courses will be held on the morning of Friday, August 4, finishing at 12:30 p.m.



There are no refunds of course fees or other fees for any reason after June 1, other than cancellation of a class by the school. However, students can be transferred to other available classes or subjects if necessary. There is no refund for moving from a more expensive class to a less expensive class after June 1 (such as Math honors credit to a regular credit class or regular credit class to an enrichment class).

Textbooks are not sold by the Summer School. Textbook ordering information will be available after May 10. Students will be sent their schedules and teacher names by June 17. Requests for certain course times, certain teachers or to be in class with certain students must be made before June 1.
