Founded in 1864, Peddie School has been an involved member of the Hightstown-East Windsor community for nearly 150 years. In recognition of its leadership role, the school won the 2005 Good Neighbor Award from the New Jersey Business and Industry Association for its contribution to the revitalization of downtown Hightstown with the purchase and renovation of the old movie theatre as well as the expansion and renovation of the municipal parking lot. Peddie students perform an average of over 8,000 hours of community service each year, most of which are in the immediate area, including teaching in the ESL program (English as a second language), work at Better Beginnings and Rise: A Community Service Partnership, Meadow Lakes, Greater Goods, New Jersey Seeds, and Trenton Area Soup Kitchens, among others.

Members of our greater community swim with the Peddie Aquatics program, play on the Peddie Golf Course, participate in summer camps and programs, and little ones can attend preschool at the Yu Child Development Center.

Welcome, neighbors! We hope you enjoy your time on our campus.
