The Peddie School Athletic Department hosted their 20th annual Fall Sports Awards presentation on Tuesday evening at the Ian H. Graham '50 Athletic Center honoring student-athletes from all seven varsity programs.
For visual arts teacher Andrew Harrison, creating art is an important part of being an educator.
“I actually think it’s critical,” said Harrison, who also serves as director of Peddie’s Mariboe Gallery. “There is not a big separation between what I do in the studio and what I am teaching. Keeping active creatively makes me more genuine when talking to my students, and they sense that.”
For the third straight year, Peddie captured the Potter-Kelley Cup over Blair Academy, finishing 13 competitions with six wins, five losses and two ties on a beautiful day in bucolic Blairstown.
Marking the tenth anniversary of Peddie’s sister school relationship with EFZ in Shanghai, 11 students, two teachers and two administrators visited the Peddie campus this month.
