Dining

Peddie Food Service takes great pride in providing the community with a variety of fresh, homemade, healthy food choices throughout the year. Using a variety of local providers PFS sources approximately 65% of its food from local farms and purveyors, offering seasonal products cooked creatively so that there are choices available at every meal for every palette.

Head Chef Oleg Babich, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, brings a wealth of experience and innovation to Peddie's kitchen. Director Robin Wojcik supervises a staff of more than thirty employees, many of whom live locally and have served at Peddie for decades. Their personalized service brings a sense of home to the dining experience.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily in the Caspersen Campus Center dining hall; brunch is offered on Sundays and special occasions. Students and faculty join together for a family style meal weekly. The Grille, also located in the Campus Center, is open throughout the day and provides a variety of treats and healthy snacks.

PFS is sensitive to the dietary needs of each individual, and is happy to meet with those who would like to discuss dietary restrictions and accommodations needed for allergy, intolerance or other restrictions. Comments, requests and questions are always welcome! Email foodservices@peddie.org.
