 Important Financial Aid Info for the 2012-13 school year
A detailed checklist of the FA process is available on the financial aid checklist page of our website. Also, School and Student Services (SSS) is now accepting financial aid applications. To begin your financial aid application for the 2012-13 school year, click here. Families of RETURNING students requesting aid for the FIRST time: Returning families who have not received financial aid in previous years may apply by the FA deadline, but the school cannot guarantee that your financial needs will be met as no pre-existing budget is set aside for such expenses. If you intend to apply for financial aid, please email financialaid@peddie.org. If you have received aid in the past and do NOT wish to be considered for financial assistance any longer, please email financialaid@peddie.org |

Admission SupportChair: Nora RapleeJoin other volunteers at the Admissions office on Saturday mornings to sit and chat with visiting parents while their sons or daughters take the Peddie campus tour or interview. Volunteers do not have to work every Saturday as there are enough volunteers to allow for rotation. |

 AuctionChairs: Ed Fago, Jackie Tobin, Marjorie Feldman
The auction is the only fundraiser managed by the Parents Association. This year it will be on Spring Parent's Day, May 5, 2012. Committees include: Advertising and Ad Book, Decorations, Phone-a-Thons, Raffles, Setup and Cleanup, Donations, and much more. Some committees begin work in the fall while others stagger their work over the course of the school year.  Blair Day
This committee plans activities on Blair Day which is held at Peddie this year on November 12, 2011. These activities include organizing a Tailgate Party, catering for Peddie parents and students, decorations etc. |

 CommonGround
CommonGround is a collaborative effort of the Parents Associations of 14 Princeton-area independent schools. CommonGround sponsors three lectures a year, featuring distinguished speakers who address topics related to child development, parenting, and education. Each CommonGround member school has one or two parent representatives on the CommonGround Committee. |

 Community DayChairs: Mary Ann Cook, Rita Hagemann
On January 29, 2012, the PPA, Peddie administration, faculty and students work together to create service projects that benefit the outside community, targeting disadvantaged children, nursing home residents and homebound seniors. Committees include a community blood drive, clothing drive, carnival and more. Join us for our kick-off meeting on October 25 at 7:00 p.m. in Coates-Coleman and the final planning meeting on January 23, 2012 at 7:00 p.m., also in Coates-Coleman. |

 Faculty AppreciationChair: Gwen Orlowski Volunteers are needed to run three faculty ‘buffet breakfast parties’ in the student center. Parents provide baked goods, raffle gift baskets and decorate the tables. We welcome any donations a parent may want to make to the raffle, such as gift certificates or sporting or theater tickets. |

 Golf Outing
Volunteers organize a parent golf outing for the Friday of Parents’ Weekend (October 21, 2011). Tasks include arranging catering, purchasing prizes and running a golf match at the Peddie Golf Course. Download the form on this site to learn more and register to attend. |

 Host FamiliesChair: Marjorie FeldmanParents work with the faculty to place boarding or exchange students with Peddie families when boarding facilities are not available over long weekend. |

 Parent ConnectionChair: Laura Wittman
This committee operates during the month of August to contact and welcome new Peddie families and to answer basic questions about life at Peddie. |

 Performing and Fine ArtsChairs: Jane Labban, Susan DiBenedetto, Mary Pat Kochenash
This committee provides refreshments in the lobby of the Peddie theater for major student performances and exhibits. Volunteers are always needed to bake, set up/clean up and work at the events. |

 Pre-prom Event
The Peddie Parents Association sponsors an event for Peddie students and parents before the Junior and Senior Prom (May 24, 2012). Refreshments and hors d’ouvres are served and numerous photo opportunities are available for prom goers and their friends and families. Freshman and Sophomore parents make great volunteers as their students don’t typically attend prom. |

This committee is responsible for organizing treats for the students several times a year, the Blair Pep Rally Hotdog Cookout, which takes place the Friday evening before Blair Day. |

 Vespers ReceptionChairs: Denise BuonopaneVolunteers assist with decorating and catering for a light supper in the Science Center that is offered to parents before Vespers on December 14, 2011 in Peddie Chapel. |
